The information we may collect includes name, email address, phone number, profile photo, location details used for ride search and trip context, verification details such as NIN, LinkedIn, employer information, driver documents, vehicle details, booking records, payment references, device and usage data, and support messages.

We use this data to operate the service, prevent fraud, improve safety, provide customer support, send important account or ride updates, and meet legal or regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal data.

We may share limited information with payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, verification partners, and other service providers only where needed to provide ProRoute. Drivers and passengers see the information needed to complete a booked ride safely.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account by emailing support@proroute.ng. Some records may be retained where required for safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling, financial reporting, or legal compliance.
