ProRoute Technologies Limited operates a peer to peer ride sharing platform that helps verified professionals find and share commute seats. By using ProRoute, you agree to use the service responsibly and provide accurate account, verification, booking, and payment information.

Drivers are responsible for lawful vehicle ownership or authorization, valid road documents, safe driving, accurate route information, and respectful conduct. Passengers are responsible for arriving on time, confirming the correct driver and vehicle, sharing the boarding PIN only when about to board, and treating drivers and other passengers respectfully.

ProRoute may review, suspend, or remove accounts, routes, bookings, or documents where there is fraud, safety concern, abuse, policy violation, or inaccurate information. Payments, cancellations, refunds, and disputes may be reviewed by support based on booking status and payment records.

The service is provided on an MVP basis and may change as we improve the platform. We will make reasonable efforts to keep ProRoute available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
